Visitors to The Pier

This includes extended family, friends, trades, cleaners, etc.

From Friday 1 May, up to 2 adults and their dependent children will be allowed to visit another household. (Update #6)
- You will still need to practise social distancing and good personal hygiene.
We will continue trying to ensure that non-residents visiting The Pier are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, therefore our front door remains locked until our Concierges clear the visitor
Trades will only be allowed onsite to attend to emergency repairs
Look for signage around The Pier entrances, and ask your visitors to follow our guidelines (Update #4)
