What is involved in moving in and out of the Pier?
New residents should contact the Concierge prior to moving into the Pier to create a new profile for all occupants of the apartment.
Personal information will be kept confidential and will be used only by authorised persons for administrative and security purposes.
To ensure the best service, residents moving in or out of the Pier must request a booking. Please contact the concierge by email or phone to place your booking.
Time slots for move in/move out are between the hours of 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Removals are limited to one per day per lobby, due to limited loading/parking facilities.
What happens with deliveries of parcels?
All parcels are logged in a concierge register book. Normally parcels are delivered up to the apartments during weekdays at concierge shift change over, usually between 2.30pm-3.30pm and between 7-8pm in the evening. With your approval, the Concierge team member on duty can place parcels in your apartment. All care, but no responsibility, will be taken for all parcels and deliveries.
Is there Visitor Parking?
Please note, there is no visitor parking. Visitors may park outside on the street or arrange to park within the resident’s allocated parking if space exists.
